The Civil Registry and Migration Department announces that on Tuesday 10.04.2016 and on Wednesday 05.10.2016, the Department will not be servicing the public at its central offices in Nicosia, due to extensive damages caused to the building and equipment from water leakage.

To avoid unnecessary discomfort, the public is requested not to visit the Department for service, such as for submission of applications, receiving documents etc.

It is noted that for cases requiring immediate issue of passport for emergency reasons, the public should apply to the Nicosia District Administration.

The Department makes every effort, in cooperation with other competent authorities, to repair the damages as soon as possible.
