- Residence permits of victims of human trafficking/ exploitation (TE).
*Capturing of biometric data (photo and fingerprints) and signature can take place at the same time with the application submission at the Department's central offices or soon after at the Police Aliens' and Immigration Unit of the district of residence.

The applications are submitted and capturing of biometric data (photo and fingerprints) and signature takes place:
- Residents of Nicosia District: at the central offices of the Civil Registry and Migration Department.
- Residents of other Districts: at the Police Aliens' and Immigration Unit of the District of residence.
