Ways of Communication with the CRMD
You can contact the Civil Registry and Migration Department by sending a written letter by mail or fax, sending email or by phone. In case of written communication, the Department will respond in writing. All correspondence sent to the Department should be addressed to the acting Director of the Civil Registry and Department and it should include the date, the name, surname and signature of the sender and the address to which an answer should be sent.

People who wish to visit the Department in Nicosia or the District Units of the Aliens and Immigration Service of the Police in Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Famagusta, will first have to arrange an appointment through the online platform https://crmd.simplybook.pro Arranging an appointment through the platform is a simple and fast process, where interested persons will choose the location, service type, day and time they wish to make an appointment. After each reservation, an e-mail with all the details will be sent and modifications and cancellation will be possible.
