The Cyprus Asylum Service in cooperation with the Civil Registry and Migration Department, as well as with the Immigration Department, is promoting the voluntary returns programme with financial incentives.
The Asylum Service would like to notify that for those third country nationals participating in this programme, financial incentives for their integration in their home country are offered, based on the following categorization:
A. Monetary incentive in amount of €500.00
Will be granted to Georgian nationals
B. Monetary incentive in amount of €1000.00
Will be granted to the nationals of the below countries:
- Egypt
- Algeria
- Vietnam
- India
- Morocco
- Mongolia
- Bangladesh
- Nepal
- Pakistan
- Sri Lanka
- Tunisia
- Philippines
C. Monetary incentive in amount of €1500.00
Will be granted to the nationals of the below countries:
- Gambia
- Nigeria
- Somalia
- Ghana
- Senegal
- Congo
- Kenya
- Togo
- Sierra Leone
- Benin
- Cameroon
- Syria
The above relate to single people, while in the case of members of their family (spouse and children), an additional amount of 50% will be granted for each family member regardless of age.
Additionally, the cost of the flight ticket for all repatriates will be fully covered.
