DUBLIN Regulation

The Dublin Regulation determines with certain criteria, the Member State responsible for examining an application for international protection. The aim is to ensure that every application for international protection is examined by one Member State and also to prevent the abuse of the system with the submission of multiple applications by a single applicant in different Member States.
