The Department of Lands & Surveys in an effort to improve and upgrade the services offered to the public has prepared this Citizen’s Charter containing useful information for the public. The purpose of this Charter is to inform the public for the basic services offered by the Department, the procedure followed in each case and the procedure which all interested persons must follow so that matters of their concern may be considered and completed as soon as possible. The information is of a general nature and does not constitute full and authentic interpretation of the meaning of any Laws or Regulations. For more information, the public is advised to contact the Lands Offices in each District. The Citizen’s Charter contains information on the Fees and Charges levied for all basic services offered to the public by the Department of Lands & Surveys.
