External Border Fund
The Associate Bodies for the External Border Fund are the Cyprus Police and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, since their duties are relevant to the scope of the Fund.
Cyprus Police was designated as the Law Enforcement Agency in the Republic of Cyprus according to Article 130 of the 1960’s Constitution and Bill No. 73(I)/2004. The Cyprus Police comes under the administration of the Ministry of Justice and Public Order. One of its main responsibilities is the surveillance of the external borders of the country.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is committed to providing high standard services to individual members of the public, elected representatives, other Government Departments and Offices, the Embassies and Consulates of other countries, international organizations and many other voluntary and representative bodies and organizations.
