The unit covers the operational functions of the Integrated Geographical System and Fixed Assets Management System, which are considered to be necessary operations so that the WDD may achieve its objectives.
The main operation of the Unit, other than the production of operational and management reports, is to keep a reliable fixed assets data base which shall form the infrastructure to support the whole Department on GIS issues and the management of fixed assets.
