| The object of the project includes the construction of a Waste Water Treatment Plant in Kato Polemidia and the pumping station for the conveyance of recycled water. The Project will be implemented through one Public Contract. The project will be implemented by the SBLA which is responsible for the monitoring and planning of the project in accordance with the Co-financing rules, while the WDD shall secure the necessary credits from the GD ECDP in its budget and it shall make the respective payments to SBLA, corresponding to the government contribution for the construction of the tertiary treatment and the pumping station, amounting approximately to €10,32 million. |

| Β. Implementation stage, contracts, progress of the physical object & expenditure of WDD |

- The SBLA called the Tender in 2014. Bids were submitted on 9 February 2015 and the announcement of the results in, May 2018, was very delayed. However, two appeals were filed with the Tender Review Authority and therefore, the time of the award of the contract is not known.
- The WDD has paid the amount of €620.000 to acquire the land. |
