Mobility is the possibility of moving a transferee to several companies belonging to the same group of companies as the company established in the third country and located in the same or different EU countries, to perform his duties.
Mobility can be:

• Only for a short period not exceeding 90 days per 180 days.  This form is called short-term mobility.
• Of long duration, that is, exceeding 90 days. This form is called long-term mobility.
