9.4 Purchasing Property ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ Permission for foreign nationals to acquire immovable property in Cyprus under the Acquisition of Immovable Property (Aliens) Law, Chapter 109. Contents 1. Overview Foreign nationals (citizens of non-EU Member States, including foreign companies and companies controlled by foreign nationals as defined by law) wishing to acquire immovable property in Cyprus must first obtain permission from the local District Administration. In order to obtain permission, application form COMM 145 must be submitted to the District Administration of the district in which the property for sale is located, together with all the necessary supporting documents.
