Based on article 38(2) of the Common Provisions Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, each Monitoring Committee establishes its Rules of Procedure, which provide for its composition, duties and responsibilities and how the Committee shall function, as laid down in Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, including provisions regarding the prevention of conflict of interest and the implementation of the principle of transparency.
